Areas of Work We have four main business divisions: Finance and Projects, Contentious and Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate. Within these four divisions, we also operate some of our specialist areas including sport, intellectual property, entertainment and private client. The schemes provide opportunities to experience work within legal departments and are supplemented by a number of presentations and exercises. The schemes are open to all those who would be in a position to commence a training contract with the firm in September 2010 or March 2011. The scheme is currently remunerated at a rate of £180 per week in the North and £250 per week in London . Placements are located in each of the firm's offices, in London , Manchester and Leeds . Open Days: These take place in our London office. Corporate Social Responsibility The success of our CSR programme is intertwined with the success and enthusiasm of the people we interact with from outside the firm. We encourage our people to get involved. That's why every person who works at Addleshaw Goddard is given at least two days to work on CSR projects each year All new trainees have the option of spending a week, prior to the their formal induction, working on a community project in Romania. The project we are undertaking is to build houses on behalf of a charity called Habitat for Humanity. |
