Training Programme Structured training and supervision are designed to allow experience of a unique range of contentious and non-contentious work. You will work within partner-led teams and have your own role. Individual strengths will be monitored, developed and utilised. As a trainee, you will rotate around four 'seats' of six months each, including one in litigation, one in corporate and a further non contentious seat in either finance or real estate. You can also apply for a specialist seat such as IP, Tax, Trust, EU and Competition, Employment, Pensions and Incentives or our Advocacy Unit.
